Motif #10 - Spinning Glass Mat


This is Spinning Wheel glass mat from Tatting with Visual Patterns by Mary Konior made with Lizabeth Autumn Spice #136 and finishes to 4" across which is a full inch smaller than the book listed. But then it was made with mercer crochet thread which may be a bit thicker.

    I have yet to try this motif! I really like the thread you've used here, and you did a great job, as I know it's kind of tricky to remember what direction you're heading.

    This is such a fun pattern. I love how it is perfect for really showing off a colorway. I don't think I've ever seen this one before but I like it!
